Partial network outage starting Tuesday Nov 3 at 8pm

There will be partial network outages from CHPC hardware starting at 8pm on Tuesday Nov 3rd.
8pm-11pm: ScienceDMZ switch
CHPC has received the hardware that needs replaced in the Science DMZ switch. We will be replacing all the cards in the switch and changing the firmware. This will stop all traffic on the Science DMZ, which includes all traffic on the Data Transfer Nodes (DTNs).
This will also affect Cloudlab, Apt/tangent, and the InstaGENI DDC instance. There is a reservation in place on tangent to stop new jobs that will not complete before Nov 3 at 8pm from starting.
11pm - 1am: UEN will perform maintenance on their routers. During this time there will be intermittent interruptions and degradation in performance of network traffic between DDC and the outside world.
The reservation on tangent will be removed once both portions of the work have been completed.
